David F. Stratton, P.L.S. & P.P.; President

David has been with the firm for 34 years.  He is a member of the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors.  His fields of experience include Boundary/Topographic Surveys, Major and Minor Subdivisions, Wetlands Mapping, and Site Planning.

Peter K. Gruninger, P.L.S. & P.P.; Vice President of Land Surveying

Peter has been with the firm for 43 years.  He specializes in all phases of land surveying and planning.

Joseph Mester, P.E. & P.L.S.; Vice President of Engineering

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.  He is licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Professional Engineer, Land Surveyor and Planner.  He specializes in all phases of Engineering Design and Planning including the new Phase II Storm Water Regulations and Flood Plain Regulations implemented by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.

The above named supervisors, together with the other individuals such as CAD operators, inspectors, Survey Technicians and field survey personnel, work together to prepare estimates, plans and reports for a variety of projects as requested.

 Project Approach and Schedule:

 Our approach to providing services to the client is as follows:

1.       Site visitation

2.       Analysis of any existing data provided by the client

3.       Team meeting to discuss requirements

4.       Preparation of consultant cost estimates

5.       Submit contract to client
